– An online questionnaire which must be filled out for consultation
– A phone conversation* with a member of Team XO Juliet so we can offer the highest level of personalized service
– Up to 500 words of written text
– One set of revisions (if requested)
* Phone conversation is optional. If client would prefer to communicate exclusively via email that is suitable as well, but no partial refunds will be offered to clients who order the package but decide not to have a phone conversation.
